UK's 2012 Olympic Special Offers have started early

EnglandThe 2012 Olympics spirit has set in and the UK's tourism board, Visit Britain, in association with British Airways and Radisson Edwardian Hotels is offering special fares and hotel rates. UAE visitors to England can book a ticket for only Dh 2,600 - roundtrip, inclusive of all taxes. If you stay at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel you will be entitled to a 20% discount on the rates.

This is the year for not only the London Olympics but also the year when Queen Elizabeth will be celebrating her Diamond Jubilee. And Visit Britain is keen to invite as many visitors as possible. You can go and experience the bustle of the athletes competing in the Olympics or watch the pomp and grandeur of the royal Diamond Jubilee celebrations or, if you want to get away from it all, you can explore the fauna and the flora in the car-free environment of Lundy island situated off the coast of north Devon and accessible by helicopter or by ship.

Carol Maddison, Manager UAE, VisitBritain said, “There is no better time for the people of the UAE to experience all of the great things that Britain has to offer. These fantastic fares and hotel offers mean that not only can visitors enjoy the warmth and hospitality of British Airways while en route, but they will be able to come and explore all the magnificent cities and towns across the UK and take away lasting memories of their time in Britain."

The Dh 2,600 special offer has to be booked before March 31 2012 and is valid for travel between March 7 and June 10 2012 and can be booked at the British Airways or the Visit Britain website.
