Mohammad Al Bulooki, Etihad Airways’ Executive Vice President Commercial, said: “Etihad Airways has witnessed considerable demand for its Abu Dhabi – Dublin route during recent years and the removal of visa requirements is great news for UAE Nationals looking to visit Ireland for a holiday or business.

“The national airline is delighted to celebrate this landmark moment with the introduction of special fares for UAE-based air travelers, which we hope will encourage more UAE Nationals to visit the ‘Emerald Isle’.”

Over the coming months, Etihad Airways will continue to work closely with its partner, Tourism Ireland, to promote the visa requirements change and introduce special campaigns to highlight Ireland as an attractive tourist destination.

Etihad Airways operates double daily return flights between Abu Dhabi and Dublin. The airline deploys a two-class Airbus A330-200, configured with 22 Business and 240 Economy Class seats.
