Emmar International Jordan Launches Samarah Dead Sea Resort

Emmar International Jordan has started construction of the Samarah Dead Sea Resort in Jordan. The project is consistent with the Kingdom’s growth plans as outlined by King Abdullah II Fund for Development. Construction of the luxury resort community will use sustainable project management practices. The General Manager for Emmar International Jordan explained that the project will bring a new dynamic to the region.  The Dead Sea region is one of the world’s most valued tourism destinations, and the new property investments will increase in value as the tourism value of the location increases. The resort includes three components – Hillside Living featuring residences and a community center, Beach living including residences and a wellness village, and Rift living which will showcase a retail village and five star hotel.
