Michelin star chef at the Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain

Manama, Bahrain - The Movenpick Hotel Bahrain in partnership with Gulf Air, and Alba are proud to host a visit of the Master chef Mr. Philippe Bardau from Orléans. 

Executive Chef at the Movenpick Hotel Bahrain, Alfred Zuberbuehler, convinced old friend chef Philippe to visit the Bahrain restaurant and share some of his culinary secrets. Chef Philippe is the owner of Le lift et Restaurant La Terrasse du Parc à Orléans in France.

With a wealth of experience from over thirty years at the best Michelin restaurants in France, Philippe will be bringing much to the table. Enjoy a 5 course menu every night with a choice of three dishes each per course at BD 35++ per person.

Reservations are absolutely essential in order to avoid disappointment. 

Chef Philippe will also be offering an exclusive cooking class on the 15th and 16th of October at 11 am, for a group of 6 (French speaking only) at BD 16++ including lunch.

During the French cuisine week, an exhibition will be highlighting unique local sculptures by two famous local artists, Fuad Al Binfalah and Ali Al Mahmeed. The exhibition will be held between October 13-23 and has been organized by Artlounge.
