The Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment (DEPE) is giving away prizes worth millions of Dirhams in this year’s spectacular Lexus Mega Raffle held during Dubai Shopping Festival 2011. An unfailing attraction of every DSF since the first edition, the Lexus Mega Raffle has become synonymous with the Festival and has given away a massive 1361 Lexus models from DSF 1996 to DSF 2010.
