RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA, 14th July 2011:  Al Khozama Management Company (AKMC), a leading luxury commercial property development, investment and management company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has signed an agreement to open the Al Khozama Hotel in Madinah, the company’s second luxury hotel in Al Madinah Al Munawara.  The agreement was signed by Mr Musaed Al Said, Chief Executive Officer, AKMC and HE Sheikh Ali Abo Bakr Al Attas, Chairman of Trading Real Estate Company Ltd. and owner of Al Khozama Hotel, Madinah.

A stylish boutique hotel located in the western periphery of the Mosque of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Al Khozama Hotel, Madina offers many of AKMC’s signature luxury hospitality services, including its personalised 24-hour butler service available in all of its other premier properties in the Kingdom.  All 140 guest rooms in Al Khozama Hotel, Madinah, including its 20 Executive Suites, will enjoy this world-renowned service.

The Al Khozama Hotel, Madina is scheduled to open in October 2011.

Earlier this year, the Al Khozama Management Company confirmed a management contract for the five-star Al Faisaliah Hotel, Madinah which is scheduled to open during the second quarter of 2012.
