4 Dubai Tourism Authority Begins Summer Training Course

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) began a new summer hospitality training course for UAE nationals.  DTCM Training Solutions section and the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association are jointly offering the course – Introduction to Hospitality Today. 

DTCM Executive Director of Corporate Support said it will give a broad overview of the service industry including management of hotels, restaurants, resorts, and bed and breakfasts.  Ibrahim Yaqoot said “The course works in conjunction with a textbook but students will also get hands-on learning experience about the different aspects of hotel operations.”
