Security alert at Heathrow Airport

A security high alert has been announced at Heathrow Airport as there is a threat of an Al Qaeda attack. The perpetrator is feared to be a woman and according to some reports it is believed that females with breast implants may try to smuggle explosives in their implants. Gives new meaning to the word, "bombshell!"

 

In view of the threat, major delays are expected on all flights out of Heathrow Airport - particulalry for flights departing to the United States. Passengers are requested to arrive early to avoid missing their flight.

 

The Heathrow Airport website has issued the following alert: "At the request of US authorities (TSA) additional security measures are being carried out by airlines flying to the USA. If you are flying to a US destination, please allow extra time for your journey."
