May 25 - The Aqaba Airports Company (AAC) will set up a factory to assemble planes at the King Hussein International Airport said AAC Director Munir Asad. The factory will be one of the many improvements at the airport, others include aircraft maintenance, air cargo and aviation training.
Asad added that the AAC is also carrying out projects worth JD10 million to rehabilitate the 4,000-square-metre-passenger terminal as well as the airport's runway.
