Royal Jet Bookings Increase 15%

The international luxury executive flight services company Royal Jet seems to be pulling out of the economic downturn, with a 15% increase in holiday bookings compared to the same period last year.  President and CEO of the Abu Dhabi based company said travelers tend now to book their flights much later than they used to – between two and four days prior to departure.  Shane O’Hare said “We are finding that within the GCC there is a strong demand – with a steady stream of bookings from Qatar and, especially, Saudi Arabia”.

Mr. O’Hare explained their new pricing policy has helped to increase bookings.  Previously fare price was based on the aircrafts point of origin, but now it is calculated based on where the passenger commences their flight.  This has sharply reduced the price of charter flights, by as much as 20%.

Almost like a stand-alone chess piece, the tower was built to be a defence point along Lisbon’s harbour with Manueline designed filigree stonework and even a stone rhinoceros below the western tower. You can explore the small dungeons and climb the narrow, rickety staircase...

San Giorgio Maggiore

Venice, Italy

Since the 8th century, this island has been home to San Giorgio Maggiore Church. The present day, pleasantly well-ventilated and simplistically decorated church constructed of white marble and bricks was initiated in 1566 by Palladio and houses his architectural hallmarks of mathematical harmony and classical influence. The Last Supper and the Gathering of Manna, two of Tintoretto's later works, h...
