Flydubai, the low cost carrier from Dubai, will be flying thrice weekly flights to Madinah from Dubai starting on July 25. For just Dh 1,230 you can buy a round trip ticket from Dubai to Madinah. This will be the 10th Saudi city where flydubai has spread its wings. It already flies to the three major Saudi cities of Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam as well as to Abha, Ha'il, Qassim, Tabuk, Taif and Yanbu.

Saudis from Madinah who will be getting their 10 days break for Eid al Fitr can hop on flydubai and spend their holiday in Dubai which is expected to soon unveil its frenzied Ramadan shopping extravaganza - which may include a last minute blitz of 5 days of non-stop shopping when all shopping malls are kept open for 24 hrs.
