Fly from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for Dh 150

If you wanted to go to Abu Dhabi from Dubai but did not want to do the 90 minutes drive, a low cost solution is now available to commuters thanks to Rotana Jet. Starting August 1, you can fly from Dubai Terminal 2 to Abu Dhabi's Bateen Airport for as little as Dh 150 one way.

The flight timings are not suited for day commuters. And currently flights are only available thrice weekly - on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You have to spend three nights in Dubai or Abu Dhabi if you are planning to visit either city for business. 

 

Commuters from Abu Dhabi can get a comfortable day's work done as the flight from Abu Dhabi leaves at 9:25 am and reaches Dubai at 9:55am. but the flight from Dubai leaves at 4:15pm and reaches Abu Dhabi at 4:45pm. But since the return flight is after 2/3 days you can take time out to enjoy the cultural activities that Abu Dhabi has to offer.
