May 23 - Yemen Airways has successfully implemented the Amadeus Access Update that supports dynamic schedules, it was learnt on Saturday.
The update will let Yemen Airways to load and update schedules in real-time, and ensure a secure synchronization of flight schedules between Yemen Airways and Amadeus. For travel agencies, this agreement offers maximised sales opportunities with provision of real-time information availabile to travel agents. The implementation is the result of a 10-year agreement between Amadeus and Arab Air Carriers Organisation, of which Yemen Airways is also a member.
"As the preferred technology partner, our role is to support the travel and tourism industry with increased business efficiency, reduced operating costs, and by offering efficient customer service. Our goal is to deliver Amadeus' core values to our partners in Yemen and for this we regularly assess the value that we bring to our partners. Our efforts have always been to provide them with sustainable technology to support their business,” Abdulfatah Altwaity, General Manager, Amadeus Yemen said.
