A new charter company based in Fujairah, Abulhoul Aviation, was launched on Sunday. The company will begin operations in January on a Cessna 206 Station Air. Its first flight will depart from Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, and arrive in Fujairah International Airport. General Manager of Fujairah National Airport, Khalid Al Mazroui, said “We will provide assistance and services to make such operations are successful. This is part of our marketing strategy to attract different companies and operations to Fujairah International Airport.”
The Cessna 206 Station Air will be able to land on water and airport authorities will provide special services and a hanger for the aircrafts maintenance. The aircraft can carry up to five passengers at once. Abulhoul Aviation will gradually add more aircraft and destinations, including Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Ahmad Abulhoul, the company’s chief executive said this is the first domestic airline service linking the UAE with east coast capital, and at attractive prices.
