A favorite with artists located as it is close to the Stureplan, Prinsen is like an art-gallery cum eatery. Also known as “The Prince”, the restaurant has a colorful past quite like the work of its many patrons. The seating is on two levels with very traditional French inspired cuisine. The restaurant has lately gone food-radical and has added contemporary dishes such as licorice soup and snails in chocolate sauce to its menu. Come evening and the Prinsen evolves into a local drinking club, complete with cheer and beer.
